Family of four looking for a garden or townhome for rent in Vestavia Hills. We have just one major requirement and that is it should be zoned for Vestavia Hills High School. Looking for 3+ bedrooms and 2+ baths. We prefer two car garage. Small yard. We have 2 responsible teenagers. We are accustomed to taking care of a home. We have good credit. We like Liberty Park too. I am looking for the more affordable price.
I am looking to move in June or beginning July/2011. We need to rent the house for 6 months to 1 year, afterwards we plan to buy a house in that area. If we like the house and you want to sell the house after the rental term, maybe we could negotiate it. Please tell me the requirements to rent the house.
