This house is all-electric, has siding (no brick), and although the kitchen is small, it has adequate cabinets. The laundry/storage room is right next to the kitchen and has space not only for a washer and dryer, but also a freezer, storage cabinet, additional shelves, or whatever you'd like to put in it. It rents for $675/month for a 1-year lease with a $500 deposit (due at lease signing along with the first month's rent). We charge a $10 application fee.
