I'm very interested in this property if still available. I live in the Bessemer area, and went to veiw the property from the exterior. I would love to have the opportunity to take a look on the inside. Please inform me of the status of his property, and if still available, when will be a good time to view the interior. Thanks in advance.

I am very interested in your home. We are a family of 4. My husband, myself, a 17 year old daughter and a 16 month old daughter. We currently reside in Henderson, NV. We moved from Brilliant, AL to Henderson a year ago so I could spend more time at home. I travel about 3 weeks out of the month right now. The spending more time at home never occurred. My family is miserable in Henderson. My daughter is a pure country girl – so she is not happy in the big city. One of my sites that I am responsible for is here in Birmingham, so this is an ideal location for us. Even though I will still travel for a couple of weeks each month, this would allow my family to be happy.
I am currently paying $2,000 a month and have struggled financially to try and save anything there. I am looking to get into a place at close to ½ that price to save the other amount.
I will be honest – our credit is not good. When we moved, I allowed a "friend" to move into our house in Brilliant. We were purchasing it. After 4 months, we find she is not paying. With the cost of the rent where we were, we could not catch that house up and still have a place to live. We tried to sell it – and could not fast enough – so they foreclosed on it. That is not something I am proud of – but something I have to live with.
If you are willing to work with us, I promise you will find a family that will treat your home as their own.
