Hi Homeowners. We are looking for a single family rental house that is zoned for Vestavia Elementary School, East or West. Me may be also interested in a home zoned for either Shades Mountain Elementary or Bluff Park Elementary schools. The ideal house will have a yard, preferably fenced in and be in a quiet, safe, family oriented neighborhood or subdivision. Looking for at least 1300 sq feet, and prefer 1500-1900 sq feet. We may also consider a 2BR/2BA if it is large enough or has some sort of bonus room, den or sunroom in addition to the 2 bedrooms. Must be well taken care of. We are currently on a month to month lease, so we can move pretty much at any time, but are looking to move no earlier than May 1st, and preferably in the month of June since school will be out then. We are currently living in Tuscaloosa and my husband has been working in Vestavia Hills for over 3 years, so we are ready to shorten his commute.
