How do I post a home or respond to a listing? Print E-mail
  1. It's completely FREE to list your home for rent.                        
  2. In order to post your listing you MUST be registered and logged in.
  3. Click here to register.
  4. Click here to login.
  5. Click on the "Free Listings" menu button then select "Rental Categories" click a category or city to put your listing in. If your city is not listed click Birmingham or the closest city to your rental home. Only make one listing per home, duplicate listings are removed automatically.
  6. Once you've selected the category where you home should be listed simply click the  "Post New Topic" located above and below the current listings. If you do not see "Post New Topic" please click login and make sure you are logged in. If you are not logged in you will not see "Post New Topic"  make sure the box under "login" called "Remember me" is checked/selected. After you are logged in go to step 5.
  7. Type in your name, the title or subject briefly describing your rental property, and enter as much information as you like in the "body" below to help promote your property. Put lots of unique, descriptive information and it will benefit you by driving more traffic to your listing, renting it quicker.  
  8. IMPORTANT! If you want people to contact you, you must include YOUR contact information on YOUR listing to include E-mail address, Phone number, Physical Location, etc. so your prospective rentors can contact you quickly and directly.
  9. Attach a photopraph of your house by clicking the "Browse" button mext to the field below the "body" of the editor. All images are displayed at the end of your information.
  10. If you have a PDF, DOC, TXT or other "Brochure" type document you may also upload and attach that to the listing for download.
  11. When you're done editing your listing you can either hit "Preview" to see what your ad will look like before submitting it or just go ahead and submit it.
  12. If you make a mistake you can edit your listing after it is submitted
