Hello there! My husband and I are currently leasing a home in Helena, but just across the Hoover line and near the Riverchase area. Our landlords live in New York City, but have family here in the area. They are a great young couple--and we LOVE this house! We have just had our third child, though, and are looking for a larger home for our family. If you are still looking for a home to rent, this one is GREAT! And our subdivision has all the charm you could want and is super safe and great for families. We have sidewalks, street lamps, and are a small neighborhood that have neighborhood events periodically. Our house is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, two level home with hardwoods and ceramic tile downstairs and carpet upstairs. Master has two walk-in closets and the master bath has a walk-in shower and garden tub. The backyard is fenced and has a playground for children!
