Mother and college-age daughter looking to rent a house or townhome that has 2-3 bedrooms and 1-2 baths. We have a small-medium breed dog (lab mix, not a bully dog), so pets must be allowed. A home near Mountain Brook or Crestline is preferable (for work reasons), but a home near downtown is great too, as I go to UAB. We are excellent tenants, non-smokers, and willing to provide references.
