Apartment is located on 3rd avenue south and 14 street in downtown Birmingham. Called University House. Prefer if you can meet me and see the apartment. I moved out of my room in my apartment, and so my room is available for leasing ASAP! There are two women that live there right now. Men and women are welcome. The apartment costs $545 and that price includes all utilities, cable, and internet. Each room has its own bathroom, and comes with a bed, mattress, drawers, and desk. Good size closet as well! There is a living, kitchen, pantry, and laundry room that includes the washer and drier. There is also a clubhouse with a pool table, cafe, and TV. There is also a pool and a courtyard!
