We are new to the area, and are having a hard time finding a home to rent. We need at least 3 beds/2 baths, possibly a garage and fenced yard. We have 1 medium size dog and a cat, so, allowing pets would be a must. Any response would be a great help, most of the ads we have responded to have been scams.
