No I actually think the house is perfect for two people. Its all on one level, 3 decent sized bedrooms - a larger hall bath and a smaller master bath. If the sun room is too much "living space" for you, you can just turn that a/c unit off and make it a porch and really not use it - it can be closed off to the house by french doors leading to the kitchen. There is another large family/great room in the front of the house. I think its a cozy house myself, it has some charm! Just needs someone to live in it.
